Music Suite

The Music Department at TTGS is spacious, well resourced and flexibly laid out. The two main teaching spaces are 11.65m x 10.3m and offer either a Kawai grand or a Kawai upright piano plus ten Clavinova electric pianos. They are separated by a soundproof, retractable wall which, when removed, offers a large space suitable for a 60-strong choir. We can also provide chairs and exam-style desks for theory and academic tuition. In addition, there are six practice rooms, each with a piano; all are modern and regularly tuned. One of the larger rooms also has access to an Allen chamber organ; another has a range of orchestral percussion, including a marimba, xylophone and drumkit.
